IF YOUR FISH HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND IT DOES NOT ARRIVE IN THE SCHEDUAL PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY,  IF YOU RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM THE POST OFFICE THAT THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF YOUR FISH PLEASE GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND RETRIEVE YOUR FISH IMMEDIATELY,

I do not guarantee and will make NO refund for :
- Fish that die subsequent to the delivery of the fish. 
- Fish that are delivered, but are not immediately opened, acclimated and released. 
- Fish that are released by someone other than the individual listed on the order. 
- Shipments that are incorrectly delivered due to incorrect information being provided on the initial order.
- Fish that die as a result of a natural disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, blizzard where the delivery is delayed for one day or more.
- Fish that die and dishonesty or fraud can be established on the part of the customer.
POLOCIES OF DOA. FISH AND REPLACEMENT
(D.O.A. fish will be given replacement credit on the next order if you Notify me the same day that the fish arrive your house (or UPS delivery time). If you wait and notify me in the next day the guarantee is VOID.

Customers have to pay the reshipping and box fee's for the replacement fish
